Dike apertures Hanssum
This project is part of the ‘Flood Protection Programme’ in the town of Hanssum. A self-closing flood barrier was installed in the openings of the quay walls in Hanssum harbour.
This self-closing flood barrier on the raised quay wall allows free access to the harbour, but closes autonomously when the water is critically high.
